hello I have started this blog, it is regarding shareholder activism  our aim is to bring awareness among individual/ minority shareholders against the wrong doings of certain companies, and educate them on how to protect ourselves from opression and injustice.

Also to educate shareholders regarding their powers as a minority shareholder.

And also how we can bring a positive change in corporate governance by bringing in more transparency, good ethics and accountability  for the listed Indian companies, with the help of minority shareholders through a mechanism of small shareholder director.

There is already a lot of shareholder activism in USA, also if we look into Japanese stock markets they are also investor friendly.

But in India there are certain laws protecting shareholder's but there is lack of investor awareness about it. Through our blog we would be educating about various methods of  protecting ourselves and improving corporate governance.

we would also be posting case studies and stock studies on our blog.
